How does it work?
We guide organisations through 4 stages of support:
We provide training to equip organisations to use the Confidence Framework.
Organisations carry out a self assessment, which is then externally validated by researchers, who then develop an improvement plan
We provide expert support to help organisations implement a set of changes to their chosen improvement areas.
We guide organisations through a critical review process to help embed the Confidence Framework as a key organisational tool.
What are the benefits?
Independent validation of your programme by our research partners.
Expert training in core concepts of evaluation and service design.
Connect with our Impact Partners as part of a peer learning community.
Expert consultation from our amazing team of Research Associates.
The Impact Accelerator requires some time input from your staff team so they can attend training, participate in validation work, and to carry our improvement work.
All of this will happen alongside your existing delivery, and go with the grain of any other evaluation and improvement work that your organisation does.
Core time commitments:
2 day training retreat
6-10 hours self assessment exercises
