Generation Change is led by a National Forum of the chief executive or senior leader from each of our member organisations. The strength of Generation Change is in the working partnerships established between our members through this forum. Our forum also provides an independent sector voice that has shaped government understanding of youth social action formally and informally through parliamentary inquiries, commissioned work for the Cabinet Office and continuing meetings. The forum leads our strategy and appoints our trustee board.

In addition, Member organisations co-opt their own staff on projects - involving over 200 professionals in our projects and events at different times throughout the year. This enables us to rapidly gather information and expertise from delivery organisations to tackle challenges and lead projects.
