Head of Development
The Head of Development will work alongside the Director, line managing staff, to deliver Generation Change’s core service – a programme of events, training and consultancy. They will contribute to Generation Change’s overall organisational development by helping to develop new products and services, and will have a shaping role in developing our strategy for driving systems change.

Salary: £33,000 - £45,000
Job Type: 35 hours per week, will consider part time. Flexible and remote working offered. Can be based anywhere in the UK, with some travel to London expected.
Accountable to: Director
The Network Coordinator will work closely with the Director to manage and deliver a programme of events, training and consultancy, and to build a dynamic membership network of professionals in youth social action.
You will primarily be responsible for administering and delivering our new services, and will need to rapidly put in place new management processes, working efficiently with freely available technology to hone a very efficient operation.
