Development Associate

Generation Change is seeking an entrepreneurial part-time Associate with managing experience, to support our organisational development as we look to expand our team and launch our new Impact Accelerator scheme later this year. This role will be perfect as a secondment, or flexible/freelance role to complement other part time work, for a short period, with immediate start.

Job Type: Up to 2 days per week over a period of at least 6 weeks, negotiable. Fully flexible working arrangements and remote working offered, with some travel to London.

Network Coordinator

The Network Coordinator will work closely with the Director to manage and deliver a programme of events, training and consultancy, and to build a dynamic membership network of professionals in youth social action.

You will primarily be responsible for administering and delivering our new services, and will need to rapidly put in place new management processes, working efficiently with freely available technology to hone a very efficient operation.

Salary: Living Wage Foundation (£18,500 salary)

Job Type: 35 hours per week, will consider part time. Flexible and remote working offered. Can be based anywhere in the UK, with some travel to London expected.

Head of Development

The Head of Development will work alongside the Director, line managing staff, to deliver Generation Change’s core service – a programme of events, training and consultancy. They will contribute to Generation Change’s overall organisational development by helping to develop new products and services, and will have a shaping role in developing our strategy for driving systems change.

Salary: £33,000 - £45,000

Evaluation and Service Designer

An experienced social researcher, with a strong background in empirical research methods, who has a passion and head for design thinking. The Evaluation and Service Designer will provide critical challenge and bespoke guidance to a range of youth organisations about where to focus their efforts to improve programmes for young people.

Salary: £34,000 - £45,000

Job Type: Part-time, with 0.6 FTE being ideal, but this is negotiable. Flexible and remote working offered. Can be based anywhere in the UK, with some travel to London and other parts of the country required.
